Our clients over the past 20 years have trusted us with more business, which includes servicing multi-site corporate accounts and million dollar repair projects. We have been a service provider for Rite Aid Corporation, Regal Entertainment, Sears, Auto Zone, Family Dollar, Best Buy, NTB Tire, Payless, Walmart, Kohl’s, KinderCare, USPS, Chase, and recently added North American Roofing to our growing roster of service locations.
Company History
Our company started from humble beginnings with a simple ambition to provide exemplary service doing ordinary jobs. The company founder, Jose Rivera, was sweeping and cleaning the parking lot of a Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise in upstate New York back in 1994. This opportunity was the catalyst to pursuing other outside preventive maintenance projects. His dedication to satisfying the needs of his clients, resulted in the company’s substantial growth over the next decade.
In the summer of 1998 we began commercial contract work by servicing three Rite Aid stores in Akron, Ohio. Our professionalism was rewarded with additional business and expanded locations. By 2004 our service contract had grown to 50 Rite Aid stores throughout Northeast and Northwest Ohio. We also performed project work for Sears Outlet along with several Auto Zone parts stores.
In 2006-2007 we undertook the roof replacement on Chapel Hill Mall in Akron, Ohio. This was an 18 month project that involved over a million square feet of roof. Our client witnessed the quality of our workmanship. We were contracted by the Alsand Group, which oversees all major projects for CBL and Associates.
By 2008 our contracts with Rite Aid grew to over 100 locations in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. In addition, other large clients included Regal Entertainment, Family Dollar, Sears, and Auto Zone.
In 2010, we began servicing additional Family Dollar locations and also United States Post Offices within Ohio. This same year we were part of the roof project at the Palace of Auburn Hills (home of the Detroit Pistons). We were responsible for the disposal and recycling of the roofing material that came off this job. Our approach saved our client nearly $100,000 in disposal fees.
During the 2011-2013 time period we undertook 100 residential roof projects. We have since exited this business to concentrate solely on the commercial market.
As of 2014, our service locations continue to expand with previous customers and new corporate accounts. We added Chase Bank locations in Ohio to our client list. Choice One Management begins to market our ability to respond to crisis situations resulting from fire, wind, or water damage for clients in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
For 2018, we welcome North American Roofing to our portfolio and will be their east coast service provider.
